1. Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, parts, and accessories must be included.
  • The item must be returned with the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Please note that items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or missing parts not due to our error may not be eligible for return or exchange.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
  • Custom or personalized items.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • Photographs of any damage (if applicable)

4. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage, as Vitasally is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.


5. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped an incorrect or defective item.


6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different style, color, or replacement due to damage, please follow the same return process outlined above. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
